Fitness For Football.
The aim of this guide is to provide an overview of the components of fitness that are important for football and the methods of conditioning available to develop them. At all levels it is important that players, coaches, and parents alike have some level of understanding of the body to fully appreciate the impact appropriate fitness training can have on a player and ultimately the teams performance.
